Our Edge Grain cutting board is a great option for those looking for a high quality one of a kind cutting board. The Wood for this board is cut then flipped to expose the trees side grain then glued back together. This style is more durable then traditional face grain, cutting and serving board as the edge grain does better job at absorb knife cuts, helping to preserve both the board and knife blade. This Board excels in applications from light to medium cutting use and makes an excellent addition to any kitchen. These boards are often sold in pairs for either side of Stove top, to help protect counter top and also add natural tones to kitchen pallet.
